Tracy Ulicny

Project Manager

Tracy joined Cornerstone Building and Property Services in 2022 as a Project Manager focused on the Luxottica Brand.

Tracy brings almost 20 years of experience in the construction industry, both construction company owner. She has had the pleasure of building custom homes Canada-wide and in Australia.

She is enthusiastic about every aspect of a project from developing concepts to implementation in the field. She has participated in many diverse projects including the installation of the acoustical ceiling in the new Woodbine Casino project and the new exterior main entry for Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children in Dallas, Texas.

Tracy created the concept design and oversaw the build of the acclaimed restaurant Bohmer in downtown Toronto, which has celebrated over 10 years of excellent service. Tracy takes pride in her attention to detail and ability to develop exceptional client relationships. She is thrilled to be a part of the Cornerstone family.

Notable Projects:

• Crabtree & Evelyn – Project managed and executed the build, renovation, and fitout of multiple stores in Ontario & Quebec over a three-year span.
• Bohmer – Turned a 5000sqft mechanical garage into a unique dining space, hosted notable events such as the launch of the Audi R8; which required accommodations so a never-before-seen prototype vehicle flown from Japan could be driven into the space.
