Cornerstone built out this multi-brand ghost kitchen and food hall destination in an old building previously housing a tire shop.

The facility is equipped with 13 full industrial kitchens for take-out, delivery and dining, a second-floor dining room and office space, warehouse with shipping and receiving, cold storage area, staff lounge, as well as the front of house pick-up and dining area. 

The scope included interior demolition, new underground sanitary plumbing, new concrete slab, new RTU's and make-up air units, gas lines, interior partitions, finishes and millwork, all new electrical wiring, distribution and lighting, epoxy flooring, a new 2 Ply Bitumen roof system, exterior aluminum glazing, exterior painting, and paving of the parking lot.
