Patrick joined Cornerstone Building and Property Services in 2019 as a Cost Estimator focused on the Canadian Market.
Patrick is an experienced construction estimator for both commercial and residential projects. He has vast estimating experience exceeding $70M in both retail and residential build outs He is skilled in cost analysis, planning and construction and educated with the Ontario Building codes and standards. He manages multi can oversee projects from inception through scope designation, budgeting, bid preparation, contract administration, schedule monitoring and change order preparation.
He earned a Master’s degree in Building Engineering from Concordia University along with graduate courses in Engineering Management and Cost Estimation. He also earned a BA in Construction Management from Tsingtao Technical University.
