Special Projects: we have a contract type that is tailored to your needs that clearly identities scope of work, pricing and schedule and general is executed by a signature and Purchase order from you

Standard Projects: we rely the menu of industry developed contracts from the Canadian Construction Documents Committee. These contracts are widely accepted and have been developed in collaboration of lawyers, clients, subtrades, suppliers and contractors. They include CCDC 2-2008 Stipulated price, CCDC 3 Cost Plus Contract, CCDC 5A -2010 Construction Management Contract for services CCDC 5B – 2010 Construction Management Contract for Construction, CCDC 14 – 2013 Design- Build Stipulated Price

Client Provided Contracts: We are also open to reviewing owner supplied contracts that are tailored to meet the needs of your company
