Nick has over 10 years’ experience with both residential & commercial construction projects ranging in value from $50k-$3 million dollars, including: single family homes, mixed use buildings, & ICI sector renovations. Nick has a degree in Urban Planning & various industry certificates including: Estimating & Project management courses through Toronto Construction Association & Building Code compliance courses through George Brown. Nick is also completing his PMP designation.

Nick’s focus is on Business Development, Estimating, & overall Project management during construction.

CMHA

Medical Office buildout of approximately 3600 square feet in Brampton.

Commissionaires SOC

Security operation center design and build project that included Automatic sliding doors, mounted PLANAR monitors, and custom millwork.

Life Labs Bathurst

Successfully completed a complete re-design of an active life labs clinic, while in operation. Including new plumbing, electrical, partitions, and finishes.
