Lino has been in the construction industry for over 34 years. Through his tenure, Lino has gained experience at all levels of the construction processes in both operations and management. Lino works cross functionally with trade partners, in-house employees and the estimating team managing projects ranging from $10,000 to over $4 million dollars. As General Manager, his responsibilities include, contract review and compliance, bid selection, drawing review, final bid pricing and award, change orders, estimating approval, safety protocols, quality control and schedule management.
