Director Of Support Services

Kate joined Cornerstone Building and Property Services in 2017 as the Operations Manager focused on the US Market residing outside of Boston, MA. In 2020 Kate became the Director of support Service for both Canada and the US.

Kate came to Cornerstone with a strong retail background and 10+ years of industry experience after working in retail Construction Management. She is an influential communicator who has managed various types of projects; from small scale brand conversions to complex remodels, bringing together project partners across all levels and functions. She believes that collaboration and partnership is paramount to the success of any project. Kate’s focus at Cornerstone is to empower the Project Management Team while developing and implementing internal policies, procedures and deliverables to support Cornerstone clients.

Kate earned a BS in Business Management from Stonehill College in Easton, MA.

adidas 5th Avenue Flagship

44,000 Sq. Ft global Flagship located on NYC’s 5th Avenue. Collaborated with internal and external project partners ensuring milestones and deliverables were achieved.

adidas America

Collaborate with cross-functional team on 200 + projects spanning full price, outlet and wholesale divisions. Partner with internal and external project team of architects, general contractors, and vendors. Develop reporting to ensure project financials are within budget.

Reebok International LTD

Facilitated collaboration between departments for 50+ projects by developing and monitoring weekly store scheduling, construction planning schedule and project meetings.
