Hatem joined Cornerstone Building and Property Services in 2022 as Senior Project Manager focused on the US Market residing in Columbia, MD.

Hatem brings to Cornerstone over 20 years of industry experience after working in admin and retail construction management as well as facilities management and in-house design services and space planning.

He has strong project management skills, facilities management, and interior design background. He is an influential manager and has managed various types of projects, from small retail shops to large administration buildings and flagship stores.

Hatem believes that the proper communication, dedication, ownership and hard work are the tools that a project manager should own to succeed in their role.

His focus at Cornerstone is to empower the Project Management Team, support our clients to achieve their expansion and renovation plans on time and up to the perfect quality.

Hatem earned a bachelor’s degree in the Interior Design from Helwan University/Faculty of Applied Arts in Cairo, Egypt. Hatem earned a Facility Management Professional certificate from IFMA in Huston, Texas USA.

Notable Projects:

• Bank of America admin building at Baltimore city Inner Harbor, MD – 55,000 Sq. Ft.
  Managed the GC, the Architect and more than 15 vendors to build up the space to accommodate 200 Bank employees using the latest space modernization guidelines as well as the latest technologies and equipment.

• Vodafone International services call Center building Cairo, Egypt – 81,000 Sq. Ft.
  Managed the project from Design to the complete turn over to Vodafone International services Dept. Hatem designed the space and managed the GC, internal design team and more than 20 vendors to complete the construction fit-out and furnishing of 5 floors to accommodate 800 workstations, private offices, food court, training rooms, conference rooms, informal meeting spaces and the building lobby.

• Vodafone Telecommunication retail shop at City Stars Mall Cairo, Egypt – 2370 Sq. Ft.
  Managed the project from Design to the complete turn over to the Retail Department. Hatem designed the retail shop per the standard guidelines from Vodafone Global company at UK and managed the construction fit out and furnishings works. Hatem managed the in-house design team, GC and more than 10 vendors to complete the project on time and per the required quality.
