David Keogh

Project Manager

David joined Cornerstone Building and Property Services in 2017 as a Project Manager at the Canadian office in Mississauga, Ontario.

David’s experience comes from a 30-year career at Honda of Canada Manufacturing in his hometown of Alliston, Ontario.He started out as the team lead in the Honda material warehouse along with the safety lead for the plant. David was promoted to the Logistics Team and new model project management. David believes honesty is the key to exceeding client expectations in safety, service and quality all at a reasonable cost.

Notable Projects:

Rexall Pharmacy

A frigid -50’F winter in Melford Saskatchewan was the site for a start-up – an empty box to a finished store. Even with logistical challenges, this project was on schedule and within budget allowing residents to have a new pharmacy attached to their local hospital.

Defenses Canada

A rewarding project involving a renovation of the Recreation Centre at Base Borden in Alliston.

Compass Canteen Canada

GC/PM at two large warehouse renovations in Cambridge and Markham. PM at 5 food court remodels at North York General Hospital where both projects improved the workplace environment for all employees.
