Brian joined the Cornerstone Building and Property Services in 2016 and has never looked back.

Brian was brought on board to solely manage a $30+ million renovation for a well-known, established mall. This project was brought in on-time and on budget. Brian brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his role at Cornerstone. He has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, bringing extensive knowledge in the retail, food, institution a land industrial sectors. Additionally, he has a substantial background in construction safety and risk management and has managed projects all over the United States. Brian is a proficient communicator and believes establishing cross functional relationships with all partners to be key in accomplishing a successful project.

General Growth Properties

Brian served as the Cornerstone Construction Manager for GGP overseeing a renovation at Providence Place Mall to the tune of over $30M. This project came in on time and on budget. In turn, GGP retained Brian’s services on future projects.

Adidas America

Brian has served as Project Manager for countless adidas and Reebok Projects. Most recently, Brian oversaw the renovation of a 47,000 square foot employee warehouse in Greenville, South Carolina for both Reebok and adidas housing their newest distribution center.

Johnson and Wales University

Brian managed this major renovation to a common space area at the Johnson and Wales University. The scope of work included building out two food service areas and the university dining hall at this prestigious culinary school.
